Daniel and Adriana saw the violence around them escalating in Colombia.

They knew for a better future and the safety for their two boys, they needed to leave their home country. 

Two months after arriving in Canada, they were looking for a place to turn for help. They were trying to figure out their next steps after moving to a new country, learning a new language, and struggling to put food on the table. 

Thanks to your generous support, Daniel and Adriana could receive fresh, nutritious food that helped them make ends meet. Knowing they can count on the food bank right now has helped them focus on looking for jobs and moving forward with their new lives in Canada.
