Meet Magued Magharious, Warehouse Supervisor
Today we are shining the spotlight on Magued Magharious, our Warehouse Supervisor! 🤍
He has been working with The Mississauga Food Bank since December 2020 and is a vital part of our team. For Magued, the most rewarding part of his job is being able to receive and distribute fresh and healthy food through our 50+ agencies across Mississauga. “I love working in a place where I can make a difference and impact people’s lives in a positive way.”
Magued’s most impactful memory is from the very first drive-thru food drive that was hosted at The Mississauga Food Bank. “During the Holiday Food Drive last year, I saw firsthand how generous our community is in their giving, and how willing they are to support our hungry neighbours. Also, seeing so many kids get involved and learn about the importance of giving back to the community just warmed my heart.”
Magued’s favourite part about working at The Mississauga Food Bank is the amazing team that he gets to work with every day and all the great volunteers he sees at the warehouse sorting food and packing hampers to feed our most vulnerable neighbours.
