Here’s a way to get in a full-body workout – while also helping hungry neighbours in need!
Each exercise session is led by Andrew, a registered Kinesiologist, and will include a bodyweight flow workout that lasts approximately 45 minutes.
The session targets the core, legs and upper body muscle strength and activation. Great for all levels and applies to all sports!
