Covid-19 continues to put unimaginable financial stress on individuals and families across our community. Now, more than ever, hungry neighbours are counting on the support of food banks to assist them during these difficult times.
To respond to this crisis, PORTICO Community Church, one of our valued community partners, will be hosting an Open Trunk Food Drive once again on Saturday, August 15th from 11 am – 1 pm
Here’s how you can help:
- Load donations into your trunk
- Drive to PORTICO Community Church’s Mississauga campus located at 1814 Barbertown Rd
- Once you arrive on-site, a team of volunteers will remove the donations from your trunk
- Donations will then be transported safely to The Mississauga Food Bank where they will be distributed to hungry neighbours in need.
