  • Do you provide food collection boxes?

    Yes, we can provide food collection boxes. One food collection box holds 250-300 lbs of food. For reference, 40 full plastic shopping bags equals about 500 lbs of food. If you are collecting donations greater than 1,000 lbs, we can discuss delivering food collection boxes to you.

  • Where can I drop off food donations?

    You can drop off your shelf-stable food donations at our warehouse located at 4544 Eastgate Pkwy, Mississauga ON, L4W 3W6. Please drive to the back upon arrival, and our team will be able to support you. Drop-off hours are:

    • Monday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Friday 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

     

    You can also drop off shelf-stable food donations at your local Mississauga fire station.

  • Do you pick-up food donations?

    We can work with you to arrange a pick-up if you raise more than 1,000 lbs. However, as a charitable, non-profit organization with limited capacity and resources, we are working hard to support our network of agency members to ensure we get as much food as possible to neighbours across the city. We encourage you to bring your food donations directly to us or to your local Mississauga fire station to help us save time and resources!
