About the role
As a Volunteer Receptionist, you will greet visitors and volunteers, answer phone calls and emails, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Welcome all visitors, volunteers and folks looking for support with professionalism.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle incoming calls and emails by prioritizing and routing them appropriately.
Address support and agency inquiries, especially concerning emergency food support.
Perform other general administrative tasks (i.e. preparing mailings, entering survey data, data entry, inventory, volunteer lounge supplies, etc.).
Qualifications
As a volunteer secretary, you will greet visitors and volunteers, answer phone calls and emails, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
