We all want to feed our families the healthiest food we can, even those who use a food bank. And healthy food is fresh food – fruit, vegetables, protein, milk. This month, we at The Mississauga Food Bank want to talk to you about “what’s for dinner”. Put yourself in the shoes of a family in our community who is struggling. Think about what you would want to feed your family if you were to fall on hard times.
