Who can receive home delivery?
This program may be available to Mississauga residents if they meet one of the following requirements:
- A senior citizen, aged 65+ years with mobility restrictions
- Have a physical disability OR short/long-term illness that makes it hard to visit a food bank
- AND, they do not live with a household member who is able to visit a food bank on their behalf.

What food is included in a delivery?
Volunteers will ‘shop’ in our warehouse on behalf of the individual, based on their dietary needs, then bring the groceries to their home.
Each monthly delivery will provide approximately 7+ days of food, which will include:
Fruit and Vegetables (Seasonal fresh produce, canned fruit/veg)
Protein (Frozen meat or fish, eggs, canned beans/meat/fish)
Grains (Rice, oats, flour, pasta)
Dairy (Milk, yogurt, cheese, halal)
